About Us

Once upon a time Steve and Liz were an ordinary couple living ordinary lives in Toronto. Then they got costly and often fatal disease called sailing mania. They were forced to sell their beautiful home, and get rid of most of their worldly possessions and take to the seven seas!

Our Boat

T’ai Chi is a 42 foot Cabo Rico. Built in 2000, she is a cutter-rigged blue-water beauty, and is Hull #1 of the Chuck Payne designed Cabo Rico 42′ fiberglass monohulls. As her name suggests, she is lithe and graceful.

The Plan

“It pays to plan ahead. It wasn’t raining when Noah built the ark.” or as Winston Churchill said: “Let our advance worrying become advance thinking and planning”.
